Pre-set Jobs Save Time

We have input a number of fixed jobs under the headings of the equipment you want to label. Just follow the instructions in the wizard.

You can import information from other packages like Excel and Word, using the Windows clipboard, which gives even more flexibility and ensures that whatever numbering scheme you are using, you will be able to use the Sharpmark software to transfer it to your labels.

Reduce wastage by adding separate jobs together before printing. You can also leave labels unprinted at the beginning of the sheet so that you can put the sheets through more than once.

Our software has been designed to handle both basic and complex sequences with great ease. Just enter the first and last numbers or letters in your sequence, and the software will work out your requirements. You can simply print 001 to 100, or you can print 1/A - D followed by 2/A-D, followed by 3/A-D etc all in one job by simply entering 1/A in the start box and 3/D in the end box.

Sharpmark software will offer you the choice of all the windows-resident fonts for use on your labels. You can alter the style and size, choose a range of colors for your text and background, print a number of lines on any label, and you can also import graphics. (Printing in color will require a color printer.)
